Anyone who knows me knows Im not a huge Gurkha fan. I've tried a few and before recently I had not had a single one that I enjoyed. As you know in my last review, I finally found one in the Ghost. Well, Im happy to say I have found the Gurkha Red Witch. Now I'm a normal everyday guy who likes to smoke, but I dont like to get caught up in the sometimes snobbish lingo that accompanies it.
Now I usually stick to the mild to medium range. I dont like really heavy cigars. This one falls right in my range, and is exceptionally good. Nice easy draw and great Flavor. It was so good I was mildly upset when the cigar was gone, which is very surprising for me. I dont get this way with very many cigars. I would recommend this cigar to anyone. In fact I for the price, could stock my entire humidor with this and not be disappointed one bit.
Now with any smoke it depends on how the retailer maintains their humidor. Keep this in mind when selecting a place to go to buy your smokes. Too humid or too dry will really change your experience. Even if you buy them online as I usually do, make sure you have proper humidity and make sure you check on them regularly.
